 Araniko Development Bank Ltd. was duly registered on 2062/10/27 with the office of the company registrar as per the company Ordinance 2062. Bank commenced its operation from Ashadh 22, 2063 B.S.( July 6, 2006)after obtaining license on 2063/3/16 from Nepal Rastra Bank, the central bank of Nepal. The company is promoted by renowned industrialist, businessmen, lawyers, bankers, professionals etc.
The bank is headed by a team of energetic professionals having extensive banking experience. The Central office of the bank is located at Bus Park, Ward No.6 of beautiful city Dhulikhel. It is the first development bank in Dhulikhel promoted by private sector. It has also commenced its operation in the historic city of Panauti of Kavre district from chaitra 2, 2064 B.S. (March15, 2008) as the first office of private sector bank. On 2065/5/15/1 (August 31, 2008) Panauti office registered itself as the first branch office of the bank. Second branch office of the bank in Kamalamai municipality started its transaction from 2065/9/9/4 (December 24, 2008).
